E-BUSINESS POLICY

This E-Business Policy governs the use of electronic signatures and other electronic indications of the Parties’ consent, and is incorporated by reference into CERTIFY’s Terms of Use.
The capitalized terms that appear in this E-Business Policy have the same meanings as in CERTIFY’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, unless they are defined in this policy.
By using the Services, you agree to this E-Business Policy.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS E-BUSINESS POLICY, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.
CERTIFY may need to obtain your electronic signature or some other electronic indication of your consent in certain circumstances.  For example, your signature may be needed when you sign an agreement to use the Services, or you may need to provide some other electronic indication of your consent, such as clicking on a checkbox or an icon, when you signed up to use the Services, create an Account to use the Services, pay the Fees for the use of the Services, or indicate that you wish to receive or not receive certain communications.  You agree that your electronic signature or other electronic indication of your consent is valid and binding in such circumstances.
