A proven operator and strategic leader, he has built and scaled high-performing teams while driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Prior to joining CERTIFY Health, Dan served as Chief Information and Analytics Officer at North American Dental Group, where he led enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data initiatives.

Throughout his career, he has leveraged technology and data-driven insights to enhance organizational performance, elevate customer experiences, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

A Pittsburgh native, he earned degrees from Duquesne University and Robert Morris University and remains passionate about leadership development, artificial intelligence, and building high-performing teams.
