Nimi Kuruvilla serves as Vice President of Customer Success at CERTIFY Health, where she leads the strategy and execution of customer onboarding, implementation, and long-term customer success. As CERTIFY continues to expand its presence among dental support organizations (DSOs), enterprise ambulatory groups, and multi-site provider organizations, she focuses on helping customers achieve measurable outcomes while delivering a best-in-class client experience.

Prior to joining CERTIFY Health, Nimi held customer success leadership roles at Overjet, where she helped lead enterprise deployments of AI-powered dental technology across many of the nation’s largest DSOs and provider organizations. She built scalable customer operations that enabled rapid growth while maintaining exceptional service, customer satisfaction, and long-term adoption.

Throughout her career, Nimi has specialized in transforming complex enterprise implementations into lasting strategic partnerships. She is passionate about building high-performing customer success organizations that drive proactive engagement, operational excellence, measurable product adoption, and long-term customer retention.

She earned her degree from the University of Georgia and is committed to helping healthcare organizations improve operational performance, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver exceptional experiences at every stage of the customer journey.
