Job Description

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Generalist to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and product adoption for our Electronic Health Record (EHR) software solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and storyteller with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to develop compelling messaging that promotes our healthcare technology solutions and supports business growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and partner channels.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including marketing campaign narratives, customer success stories, blogs, press releases, executive communications, newsletters, and sales collateral.
  • Design and produce professional marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets using Canva and other design tools while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support corporate communications by drafting executive messaging, company announcements, and customer communications.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media channels by creating content calendars, publishing content, engaging audiences, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to develop product messaging, launch materials, sales collateral, and competitive positioning.
  • Manage website content updates and collaborate on improving website functionality, user experience, and SEO.
  • Assist with lead generation initiatives through email marketing, marketing automation, digital advertising, and CRM campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, marketing campaigns, customer data, campaign tracking, and sales enablement activities.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, campaign analytics, and audience insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve engagement.
  • Maintain accurate marketing data, campaign reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets to analyze campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve content creation, research, campaign development, and marketing productivity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and healthcare technology developments to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Perform other marketing duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or software development industries.
  • Excellent corporate communication skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Canva and other design tools.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and content creation tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar generative AI platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits Summary

$60,000-$70,000 salary

Monday to Friday

9am to 5:30pm
